This Herb Chopper is our take on a compact, purpose driven kitchen blade built for fast, controlled prep work. Hand-forged from reclaimed 5160 leaf spring, it boasts an integral handle with a brute de forge finish. The 5 3/4” blade weighs 10 oz and features a wide, curved profile for smooth rock chopping. It is well-suited for herbs, vegetables, and light meat prep. A subtle convex edge geometry helps food release cleanly during cuts, reducing sticking. Hand-finished and sharpened on Japanese whetstones, it’s built to withstand heavy use in the kitchen.
