The Ridgeback is a compact cleaver built for both kitchen and field use. Hand-forged from a 5160 leaf spring with a robust spine, and brut de forge finish, it’s designed to take some abuse. The broad, forward-weighted profile makes it a capable chopper around camp; whether you’re prepping meat, cutting rope, or clearing brush. The deep belly and gradually widening blade give it increased bite while keeping it compact and easy to handle.

The handle is fitted with rambutan hardwood for a secure, comfortable grip and is paired with a custom-fitted Kydex sheath with multiple eyelet attachment points. The sheath can be configured for belt, pack, or other carry methods using paracord/cordage. How you carry it is up to you. Keep it in the kitchen or take it in the field. The Ridgeback is built to handle either.
