This sharp chef knife Was made from an old cross cut saw blade that we acquired from a friend. The thickness and flexibility of this kitchen knife, allow it to slice through meat and vegetables with ease, and is a pleasure to use. 

The sheath is laredo oil tanned leather over a wooden core
